Refund policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

This policy applies to digital directory products sold by VoltCatalog. We do not ship physical vehicles or goods, so physical returns do not apply.

Before digital delivery

If you ask to cancel before digital supply has begun, contact voltcatalog@zohomail.eu immediately with your order number. We will apply any cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.

Digital access problems

If access is missing, broken, materially different from the product description or otherwise non-conforming, contact us without undue delay with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate or legally required, restore access, correct the content, replace the digital product, reduce the price or issue a refund.

Change of mind and withdrawal rights

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period. For online digital content, applicable law may allow that right to end once supply begins, but only where the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. We do not treat a waiver as effective unless the required consent and acknowledgement were properly obtained. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Information that later changes

Third-party availability, prices, model years and contact details can change after delivery. A later third-party change is not automatically a defect in the directory, but we will assess whether the content conformed to its description when supplied and any update obligations imposed by law.

How to request support or a refund

Email voltcatalog@zohomail.eu or use our Contact page. Include your name, order number, product and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not restrict PayPal, chargeback or statutory dispute rights.
