Terms of service

These Terms govern purchases from VoltCatalog (“VoltCatalog”, “we”, “us”). Contact: voltcatalog@zohomail.eu. The complete public business address will be added before these Terms are published.

1. Digital product

VoltCatalog sells digital research directories relating to vehicle models and potential sourcing contacts. You are not purchasing a vehicle, scooter, e-bike, charger, battery, component, shipping service or any other physical product. Product photographs identify the model whose directory is covered and do not represent physical goods supplied by VoltCatalog.

2. What access includes

The product page describes the model or coverage included. Directory information can change, and third parties may change their products, prices, availability, terms or contact details without notice. We aim to maintain useful information but do not guarantee that a third party will accept an order, offer a stated price, stock a model or be suitable for a customer’s purpose.

3. Orders and delivery

Your order is accepted when Shopify sends confirmation and payment is approved. Digital access is normally included in the order-confirmation email immediately after successful payment. Payment review or technical issues can delay delivery for up to 24 hours. You must provide a working email address and check spam or junk folders. Contact us promptly if access does not arrive.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the directory. You may not resell, publish, share, scrape, reproduce or commercially redistribute the directory or access link, except where mandatory law permits.

5. Third parties

Any later transaction with a listed third party is separate from your purchase from VoltCatalog. We do not act as the seller, manufacturer, payment processor, freight provider or agent for those third parties. You are responsible for independently checking identity, product authenticity, specifications, legality, import requirements, taxes, safety, warranty and payment protection before transacting.

6. Prices and payment

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by your payment provider or mandatory law.

7. Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, immediate supply and any loss of that right will only apply after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement. Statutory remedies for faulty, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

The directory compilation, site design and original written material are owned by or licensed to VoltCatalog. Vehicle and company names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for an independent third party’s conduct, goods, pricing, availability, shipping or statements. You must use reasonable care and perform your own checks before sending funds or personal information to a third party.

10. Governing law and contact
